Refund Policy

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

Email support@pawtidystore.com first with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. Returns sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Refund timing

Once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it at our cost — nothing to send back.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. We ship fast, so email us as soon as you can.
