Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 24–72 hours of being placed.

Delivery times

United States: 5–12 business days after shipping. Other countries: 7–20 business days.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. It can take 2–4 days before the carrier shows the first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email support@pawtidystore.com and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Customs

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
