Track Your Order

Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse. It can take 2–4 days after shipping before the carrier starts showing scans — that's normal and it doesn't mean the package is lost.

Where's my tracking email?

Check the spam and promotions folders first. If it isn't there, email support@pawtidystore.com with the name and ZIP code you ordered under and we'll resend it.

Tracking hasn't moved in a few days

Carriers sometimes go quiet between hubs. If there's no movement for 7 days, email us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Delivery times

Orders leave within 24–72 hours and arrive in 5–12 days inside the US.
